Hi, how is it going?

I’m not sure what I’m going to do with my DA account anymore. I loved this place, and there’s a lot of things Instagram can’t give me that DA does, but this community is so dead, I don’t think it’s worth it anymore 🤷🏼‍♂️

In my case, I never got much response here, but even if I did, I see less and less comments and favs on posts from other artist, and honestly, although I’m not doing what I’m doing for likes or followers, it’s such a nice feeling to recieve SOME kind of feedback from more than 2 people. It’s motivating, it helps me want to keep doing what I’m doing.

I’m not gonna delte anything here, but I might not post in a long time (not like I posted frequently anyway)

EDIT: It sure as hell doesn't help that the movile app is ABSOLUTELY useless, and that the site itself is a mess. I cant even edit a post or it's description in my phone, that's straight up ridiculous.

Hey! I while ago I said I was gonna start posting on instagram, but I actually never did haha.

EDIT: SO, I posted my starters and their evolutions. Aside from the shadows, which I hope you'll like, I changed once again my template, it now showcases a bit more info about each fakemon, and I just think it looks better haha. The starters themselves have not really changed, except for Bearrie, who got a much needed redraw, and Cubbush's bush collar, which I also updated. Hope you like the changes!

Hi! Next week I’m going on vacations and won’t be home for a month, and two days after I arrive, University starts again, so I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna be able to work on my fakemon for a bit.

So far, I have 32 already shaded and ready to be posted, and I think I can get a few more done before Monday.

My original plan was to wait until I had all of them ready, but considering the time that will take me, would you prefer to wait, or for me to post the ones that are ready before my trip?

Hi! I haven’t been posting a lot lately, but I’ve been working non stop! I have 32 new designed fakemon waiting to be digitalized and posted, and at least 15 old designed revisited, It’s a lot of qork to do, but I’m REALLY happy with all of them!

And on top of that, I finally decided to start shading my fakemon, and that is really what’s holding me back. I don’t want to update the ones that are already shaded, because if I do so I’ll never shade the rest hahaha

Hi! I’ve changed my fakes’ template! It is a solid change,
-it’s no longer a simple and dull square
-it now showcases both types (if the fakemon has two)
-I added information on their abilities as well as some other changes that make it look more dynamic or fun. Hope you enjoy it, I surely do!

I’ve only updated the starters because I’m waiting to see if I can come up with names for the ones that still don’t have one, and because I’m redesigning/just redrawing a few. BUT I’ve actually changed Deep Water Holagon’s look, and the Water starter’s name to one that I’m happier with.

On my last journal I said I was working on a redesign of a full line that I was excited about, and I’m almost finished! It’s just that I keep starting other things hahaha (like Perceptera’s line redesign and this whole journal change).
